Yeah Im getting my side rails on my sub frame recut on a water jet,
to tidy things up and correct a few errors in the original fabrication
what do you think of my first design?

I like the knucks...I want to incorporate them into my bike somewhere, but haven't found a suitable/original spot yet...

im not to sure about the Knuckles my self, I may just go with the holes

hers the new sub frames rails, water jet cut, $45 canadian each, they need to be emery clothed (brushed) but I think there gonna look sweet,
oh its a optical Illusion they are both Identical. :)

very acurate high volocity stream of water, that can cut through, anything, its on a flat cnc machine, you input a drawing and pop, your design is in the material, Ideal for plastics, and aluminium, cause theres hardly any heat. unlike plasma CNC.

I guess I could of had them cut out of 3/8 clear plastic,

I dont really like fancy shit but I think some back lighting behind them holes would look kinda cool, though, maybe Im just being a homosexual

its actually water and fine sand.. that makes the cut
