The AMA (American Motorcylist Association) has been in a battle with the U.S. Government, over the unfair policies of the insurance companies. For years, the insurance giants have discriminated against motorcycle operators, and in the words of the Ted Strickland, US Rep from Colorado, "It's shameful to allow health insurers to discriminate against individuals who take part in perfectly legal hobbies and activities"

President Clinton tried to pass a similar bill while he was in office, but it was later reversed by federal bureaucrats. But if this goes through, it would be very good for all riders!
