Hi, I'm Bert and I'm from Belgium!
This is my first big bike build so it won't be top notch nor will it be fast
been contemplating quite a while on this, but here it is.
I'm building some other bikes at the same time and renovating my house, so it's on the cheap.

I'll start posting pics cause I feel you guys getting nervous.
it's a 1989 GSX-R 750 frame

SRAD 750 swing-arm

1st gen busa front fork and wheels

and a lump of aluminium witch holds 1.2 liters of awesomeness

I've been hording parts since January and I have some more parts on the shelf witch will come by at a later date to keep you guys entertained.
I also have some parts in the mail like brakes, engine parts and bodywork.
some might wonder what the other bikes are I'm "building",
there's a suzuki GT500 and that's gonna be a cafe racer witch stand like this on the moment

and also a race-scooter, a pit-bike and I'm thinking about a beer-box racer:nuts:

so that's it! the start of something cool I hope.

yuuu, Bert

where did you get the switches from and do they have a matching housing for the left? (slim lined)
It's from domino, I found it on a local shop. they have buttons for the left side but those are 2,3 or 5 pushbuttons for pitlimitter and such, not specific for indicators or something.
I'm using a killswitch from a mx bike for my horn on the left.

Slight hijack- a friend of mine had a scooter with 3-4hp, did some tinkering and got up to 11hp. That thing was awesome. Sadly it was crashed rather severely.
Roll on the scooter build thread

I will keep you guys updated on the scooter in this thread.
tuned scooters are somewhat common here in Europe and the one I'm building isn't something special,
16~17 hp and about 100mph is just enough fun to keep up with the super motards on the local kart track.
I have a feeling you would like what I have planned for my pitbike better.

from a fiat 500

I'm from Belgium here and holland have a very big scooter scene, germany and also italy have some great competitions.
