I did this on my 04 636 stunt bike and never had a problem.

The thing is with this triple its not flat on the inside. I might have to take to machinist and have him mill some material out of there.

Do you have any pics of how you did it? I'm not quite understanding what you mean about the aluminum blocks.

I would love to have a triple made like the ones for the gpr stabilizer on dirtbikes. I removed the ignition so don't need a keyhole anyways. I just don't want to spend an arm and a leg to get that done. I wish there was a dirtbike triple that would go right on.

I was just going to use the stock clip ons pushed forward but I messed up and got the acerbis cyclops headlight and it won't allow me to do that.

Also how did you mount your speedo? Are you still using the stock one?

I was going to use a koso db-01r but I don't feel like doing all the wiring then I will not be able to use the mode function which is important since I got a flashtune and have the a b and c modes setup for different things. Normal, kill mode, and kill mode with race fuel.

Also does anyone know if the madass headlight setup would work on this bike? I know you can make anything work but would it require a lot of modding? If so maybe I will just get 2 projector headlights and make brackets.
