Upper and lower fairings removed
Acerbis Cyclops headlight

Replaced brake and clutch levers with Pazzo shorties.
Customized Big Bike ram air covers.
Tail plastics removed.
Clear Alternatives 2003 R6 taillight installed.

The speedometer doesn't work right. The odometer and trip, therefore, also don't work right. The tach doesn't work right. The fuel gauge never reads below half despite the resistance ranges matching.

did you add an extra piece to the mount that's on the gauge? Is it molded into the house or can you take it off and reverse it? I wanted to get that gauge but I want to mount on the bars like that but lower and between the bars and the tank.

Yeah. I used a small conduit clamp and bolted the stock gauge mount to the conduit clamp, which I clamped around the bars with rubber.

have you been able to get it working right? Now your making me nervous if your having all of those problems.
