Thanks for the welcome!

Most of the things I did on this bike:

Cut up the subframe and brazed it into a narrower support. Made new nose and tail with fiberglass or carbon. Swapped the dual side mounted radiators for a single front mounted one. Swapped the old coils for spark plug cap ones. New dash, headlights, antigravity battery, mo.unit control unit. Replaced fork internals and rear shock. 3d printed parts for the taillight, shock res mount, front wheel speed sensor, and coolant overflow tank. And painted it myself too, which was a lot of work with the tools and workspace I have.

Some ideas for future mods are a new nose using different headlights that are half the length of the ones I used and covers for the radiator. I may get to those over the winter. For now, I want to ride it!

That tail light looks awesome. What is your headlight setup? I know this is the intro section so if you have a build thread somewhere else I can move the discussion there.
The tail light is a 3d printed part with IP rated LED strips in them. So are the front turn signals.

The headlights are Hella 60mm projectors. HELLA 998570001 low beam and HELLA 998570021 high beam. I made the brackets to hold them and adjust the angle of the beam.

The box next to the lights is the coolant overflow tank.

I don't have a build thread yet, hopefully soon. I just started a freelance job so that might delay things a bit.
