Isnt the master supose to be on the outside of that seal guard? Doesnt look like it'll line up that well.

Thats fucked up, doesnt make any sence to me. Kinda looks like a Vortex set on a 636. The master goes on the outside of teh mount, then the heal guard goes over the top of that

theres a little piece that threads onto the master at the bottom with the hole in it so a bolt can run thru to connect the two.

i dont have the hardward b/c i sent it all out to china. might have one at my work or something.

the u pice that goes on there wont work unless you put the master cylinder on the outside. what would be kick ass is a simple hindjoint from napa. thier only a couple bucks then use a couple small washers and a pin through the middle with two small cotter pins. you only have 5 or 6 bucks invested

a hiem joint would definately be the easiest route.

you don't even want to see how my ONLY brake is hooked up on the XS, lol. hiem joints do work great

put the ciggie down next time you're gonna take a pic, lol.

hiem joint may not work, they're pretty far apart (depth wise in the picture)

do you mean depth as the cylinder is to far towards the back of the bike or the center?

would need a long bolt between the lever and the hiem joint and a spacer

use a bolt then take a nut to the bench grinder and round it out and paint it to use as a spacer. use the nut as a spacer so it will be tighter than a washer
