Just made a total steal on a 2002 ZX6R and since it's already all cracked up I am going to go dirty.

This forum is where all my searches lead, so howdy.

Cut down broken carbon muffler, cleaned carbs, rerouted ram air, fixed seized shifter.

Now I need a headlight and fork seals.

Hey I'm in ID too. Boise specifically.

Is that a pic of the muffler before you cut it down?
Yeah, the rivets had torn through the carbon. I tried stealing my wife's Yosh off her zr7 but the inlet was too small so I cut off an inch and re riveted.

Still itchy from the packing! I don't want it any louder so didn't go like 6" or whatever.

Put a ghetto mirror on so I can ride it to work tomorrow.

Idaho is huge, I've been to Boise a few times but it is a long ride from Moscow!

whats the total steal?i learned quick that this place loves hearing about good bikes/good price.
150 US dollars!

Previous owner couldn't afford tires and ins. This bike looked nice just 5 years ago, like 15 crashes ago!

Btw, if price is no concern I loved those BT014s on my FZR. They lasted about 4,000.
