So I have an "in" on a free 07 GSXR 750 muffler, like the one in this picture:

Anyone know what these sound like?

I'd be bolting it up to my 1100, I'd have to hack off part of my stock exhaust and weld this into place. Plus make a new hanger to run off my right side rearset. With the masurements I've taken, it would fit in there nicely, BUT...not sure if its worth all the work, maybe I should just chop my stock cans for time being.

My gixxer had one (stock). Sounded awesome. Made the 600 sound relatively deep.

yeah, i had a guy pull up next to me at a light the other day on one. i had to do a double take to make sure that was a stock pipe. gotta be one of the better sounding out of the box pipes i've ever heard.

dont the stock bikes have a larger muffler underneath the bike? I think it looks killer on the faired bike

edit, you can see the muffler in the pic, black part behind the belly pan.

not sure what it would sound like without that part of it.

Yeah it's a two part muffler/catalyst setup.

well scrap this idea....I crawled under the bike and noticed my header pipe does not run into 1 single pipe, but its a 2 into 1 deal on both sides....shit....back to the drawing board!

Might have to somehow make my exahust a "slipon" type instead of a bolt on.....
