Just for shits and giggles I put the bike into dealer mode and its not giving any codes and the tps is in the correct position

Is it running good then? Maybe a remap or reset of the ecu?

Yes I put it into dealer mode and no codes tps is good. I unhooked the battery for a bit will I was looking at everything. Will the battery being disconnected reset the ecu. Also it is running fine its only when I get aggressive on the throttle that I have this stuttering problem, this only started after I replaced the rotor and stator. If Im just cruising its fine but thats not too often. I like to ride fast!

It seems to me that if my fuel pressure was low that I would have problems all over every gear

How many miles on this bike? You may be having a frickin side stand issue🤣 i've seen guys "troubleshoot by throwing money at it" it may be that simple
