hey i had a crash in side o a van his fault but i got blame as i had 0.8 mm tyres so im on with fightering ma bike properly

here she is after i lossed the claim

i think the .8mm meant his tread was too worn to be legal or pass inspection, so the accident is his fault cuz of faulty equipment.

0.8 mill is what depth ma tyres were the legal min in uk is 1.0 mm
so i lost the claim even though he were at fault for not giving way to his right

i walked away from this after doin some crazy acrobatics in the air
thought i were ok sept for crushed nee till morning when every muscle in ma body were stiff as fuk this were a scary crash i opend ma eyes on the deck n "thought get on im alive ha ha"

That sucks about the tires, pretty lame in my opinion, if it was his fault, personally, I don't care if you were riding a freaking donkey! :LolLolLolLol: Glad you're pretty much ok from it, sounds painful, but nothing too major, just be safe out there man!

i know that feeling...feel okay that day and the day after. but the next couple days after that your gonna be hurtin like a motha-effer!

I was in a car crash once, felt totally fine. The next day.... couldn't move, I had ruptured a disc in my back!!!! It's amazing how injuries can "hide" for that first day!

Yeah I broke my back, T1 T2 and T3 fractures, and didnt feel a thing, went out pissing up and the next day most of my lower back was black with bruising, and I couldnt move, I had to call a ambulance, its a amazing what adrenaling will acheive,
