I used Motrax bar end mirrors. they have a smaller diameter adapter that fits perfectly into the lsl bars. also includes a larger one that I imagine fits most other bar sizes.

easy to see out of when riding, no excessive vibration, stay put when tightened. look kind of like the CRG blindsight (the one without the elbow in it) except instead of $60 apiece these are $50 for the set.
so far so good.

i have the motrax ones also. Pretty sure I got them off ebay. Got them about a year ago. No problems. I had lsl bars. The internal adaptors wouldnt fit with Gilles GP clip ons. Had to get the barend weights that are made for the clip ones, and the mirrors mounted right up. Some people complain about the mirror falling out at highway speeds. I never had an issue with it.
