i use the Brass Knuckles in my pocket brand.. its a great deterrent.

pretty sure you want lo-jack or something that can track where the bike goes, cuz it doesnt take long to make a bike dissapear.

i use a disc alarm,i just clamps to my brake rotors, thats temporarily until i have the cash for a scorpio

bad thing about the rotor lock, if you forget that shit and ride away...your going down and leaving a nice mark in your forks or caliper.

i know people whove done this.

The Road-Lok locks the rear wheel, so your bike stalls instead of falling over.
And it's more effective than the front caliper lock.

Unless the alarm you buy has a LONG RANGE beeper, go with lo-jack and mount it all somewhere good god damn down inside the bike and make the wires look like they're supposed to be there.

Not speaking from experience, but lojack is a waste of time. Pros already go out with a sensor blocker that a cop can be right infront of you and it won't sense the lojack. Also in order to even find it, a car thats "equiped" with it, need to be in proximity of the lojack vehicle. Most places that chop are either underground garages or walls have a lead-liner so that blows as well.

If you want to spend the cash get one of these:

There's different companies that offer different versions with different packages. There's one that sends a text mssg to your phone whenever the bike is moved. If you get cell service, you will know where your bike is. You call the cops and tell them exactly where your bike is as opposed to having a cop driving aimlessly looking for a lojack signal.
