it depends on the way you desgin it.

my biggest problem is find the raw material , for cnc and a cnc that can produce my design.

I think you're putting way too much on your plate with the hubless wheel; the single sided fork is feasible but the hubless wheel is expensive, dangerous, and impractical. I wouldn't put it on a I4 bike made for racing, imagine if you sold the bike and the bearing failed horrendously on the buyer and he/she was hurt/killed?

I'm a fan of interchangeability, wheel bearings go bad, it happens; it's easy to buy $30 of bearings at the local shop when that happens but not so much here.

Yes you are right.but this type of bearing are used in heavy duty machines

And the bigger the bearing the better. It's hard for me yo explain the phisics since english is my second language.

i didn't find much info mounting a r1 swingarm to a gsxr oil cooled frame

so here it is my aprouch

i puled out the bearings, got an ideea how much i can cut

cuted from both sides

you can see the bearings have different diameters and width

for now i can put the swingarm thru the frame, but i will have to cut a part from the frame

also order one shock for the fron fork :D
