Right on! I figured I could track one down here. BigRed, what year is it off of? Would you be able to send me a pic? Only reason I want to have good look at it is because it has to fit a certain way. If it fits on the 636 it SHOULD fit on what I'm doing, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I need the "tank" (not sure the technical term, but the cylinder that holds the gas) to be to one side or the other, preferably the right side of the bike. The one I have goes straight back and interferes with swingarm clearance.
What would you want for it? $, trade, both?
I assume since you swapped to a 636 shock they offer better suspension than the stock Z1000?
If thats the case, Skr00ze, if you wouldn't mind seeing if you can find a 636 shock I might hold out for that. But BigRed I would still be interested.

i'll ask around this weekend when we go to the stunt spot, there's normally a few 636 riders running around.

20 bucks sound fair. I paid $29 shipped for my 636 shock from fleabay.
