I have to dig for it.....I had a name and number of a guy in NC that does bike rims for like $70...you pay shipping there and back yourself. I'll see if I can find it.

Should be a flat spot maybe a little bigger, he said it was "curb checked" but the rest was still true. Should get it sometime this week, he has to dig it out of his racing parts pile. "In the day" he ran a 900RR in endurance racing, now he's running a 06 GSXR, next year he'll get another new one. I'm also going to dig through his parts pile and get all his leftover RR stuff. Should make a nice "shopping" day.

if its just a flat spot a propane torch and a 2x4 will work lol... sounds crazy and unsafe... but it works like a charm. thats what i did to mine and rode over 1000 miles on it and hasnt given me any trouble. lots of people i know do it.

Yeah, fuck paying someone to do it. My buddy paid a wheel shop to "fix" his 929 polished rim.

Here is what the guy did. Heated it up just warming for like one minute. Then pulled out a hammer wrapped in shit loads of duct tape and beat the fuck out of the wheel. Then spun it. Then heated and beated.

Fuckin silly to pay.
