So here's the deal... Been wanting to get back on a fighter for a while now. Just don't know which route to go, TWIN or INLINE.

The short list of bikes I'm interested in..

B-King
Speed Triple
Black bird 11xx (already completely finished)
TLs
SV
Tuono
Z1000

Just don't know which direction to go. I had an RC51 and started feeling the urge to sit more upright and rode the Zed. It felt gutless in comparison to the 51.

I guess its coming down to TWIN vs. INLINE.

HELP !

Loved everything about the Z1000, maybe its just the way I was able to ride it with not knowing the bike, but it was comfortable and carved the corners well.

If you don't mind revving the piss out of it for quick torque get yerself an inline.

Don't mind at all. They don't do shit under 7k rpm anyway..
And in all fairness, I kept the 51 above 7-8k in the canyons anyway

Hell yeah they do.. This was the last one I built, and its the #1 reason I'm considering another. Had 4 TL's but this was my favorite.

I'd do a TLS if I could find one.
They torkey bastards and the front wheel will be in the air a lot.
Also a nice sound to em with an aftermarket Can.
The frame is nice with the tubes, not like most beam frame sport bikes.
Change that UGLY ASS Tail Section and find a nice upper fairing and U'r about done. :)

Agreed.. Having a problem finding a good starting point when it comes to the Tillis. I've found a few, but everyone either has a stock one they want $5000 for, or they're beat to shit with 70,000 miles.

Not gonna stop searching though. I really want another twin but the idea of a 1340cc beast shaved in the frame sounds good too (B-King)
