Love newenough. Just bought a jacket from them and found out that it was the wrong color (my fault, not theirs). I sent them an email and received a response confirming color was wrong before it shipped and they shipped it anyway... I was raging mad. I play it cool though and ask them what I need to do to return it... without blinking an eye the girl is sending me a prefilled out prepaid fedex airbill in the mail (which arrived only a day after the package) and are returning it 100% on them.
I am happy as shit because there was no bullshit arguing about it.. smooth as silk. I've bought other stuff from them too.. always a great price.

They rock, customer service was awesome when I was looking for the right size, and they actually have a section for tall sized jackets, one of which I wound up getting from them. TX to VT shipping, arrived the NEXT AFTERNOON! that's fast!

I have bought from Newenough several times, I highly recommend. I bought from them several years ago when they also sold traded in used gear also. I bought a black First Gear brand leather jacket in Dec 2006 and I love this jacket. I do wish they still did the used stuff though as I have several things to sell trade that no longer fits, tried selling on craigslist and ebay no luck there just the usual scam artist replys and buyers who never followed through....ebay left me disappointed also.

I just ordered some new Icon gloves through these guys. I had really good luck with them getting my jacket (they have a special section for tall sizing) and they got it from TX to VT in 2 days. I'm not quite sure on glove sizing so their awesome return policy will come in handy if the XL is too small...

Someone suggested that before and I contacted them, but they said they didn't think we were right for that for some reason
