Hey guys I'm completely new to bike customization but have decided to turn my recently purchased fixer-upper into a street fighter. This is exactly how the bike was when i bought it but at $300 I figured it was a good decision. Please excuse the garage (home renovations). 1995 Kawasaki Ninja EX500

and these are similar to what I want to do

Quite a few people have ridden, wrenched and fightered the Ninja 500. There's a ton of information out there so you don't have to reinvent the wheel on it. Upgrade the brakes and suspension and you're off to a great start!

Welcome.

Swingarm swap on that second bike looks gorgeous... I don't know about the super low clip ons and tons of fork sticking out of the top triple, though.
Subframe on the first bike is a really clean design.
Just some opinions.

Anyway, nice snag for $300...!
Hopefully the tank's not crudified inside.
