Thanks all, no profile pics. The bike is currently apart right now. I have a bunch of other parts I want to put on, but since I'm not a pro with tools, things get stuck, or I find out I need another part to make things work. My left arm is in bad shape which doesn't help, but I do what I can do.

Maybe I'll take pics of the pieces.

Yeah Doug, thanks for the offer. I kinda want to do as much as possible myself for the pride thing. That way even if someone says the bike looks like shit, I can always say that it's mine. I may have to hit you up with a bunch of PM's with advice.

Those brake rotor allen bolts won't budge, I used the impact driver and almost busted the hand holding the thing down. I think I'm just going to take it to a shop when I get the front end off before I send to powdercoat the rims.

If you still have the stock front, you can part it out and still make some money back. I know ppl that actually made a profit after all is said and done with.

You can get the whole front end from a GSXR 750(most 750's are a direct swap) for maybe $700-$800. If you part out the front from the SV, I'm sure you can get an easy $500 between fender, front wheel/rotors/forks and triples... oh and the calipers.
