I know that offsetting an engine too much can cause handling issues for a bike.

The engine (GSXR 750, 1986) in the KZ project is offset to one side in the frame between 1/4 and 1/2 inch.

I don't think it's enough to make a difference.

Any other ideas?

Thanks for the fast reply.

I figured it wouldn't be too much an issue.

Had someone tell me it will have oiling issues. :D As if offsetting an engine will change the galleys. hahaha Not like I'm mounting the bastard upside down! :LolLolLolLol:

the only way that would be is if you tilted the motor front to back, ALOT. then, maybe, you might have oiling probes, but would have to be a hell of alot of tilt.

offseting that lump 1/2 to the side, you probably would never notice anything out of the ordinary.

It shouldn't have much of an impact. Keep in mind that the motor isn't 50/50 for weight though. So too far left will have a much larger impact then too far right, assuming the chain side of the engine is heavier.
