Yep that's him in the Youtube clip. No idea what he's trying to attempt, but he definitely has some weird ideas.

The worst thing is, the 250 site added his posts on the exhaust fuckup (yes there were 2) to their knowledge base. Possibly as a what not to do, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't tagged like that.
