I'm giving out the idea, because I'll never do it, and dont know how it would look in the end, but the prowler lights could be molded to the sides of the gas tank and leaving the forks clean and empty... might look good.. I dunno...

Might work if the beams are adjustable and you have a tank shaped the right way to do it. I'd personally take the lamp assemblies out and get rid of the body of the lights (the red part)

With a busa you could french it into the gap between the tank and frame. It's about the same size and it'd shine underneath a set of dirt bars.

that would be fuckin awesome

If you molded it onto your tank how would you change the bulb?

it would be cool but instead of molding it to the tank make a tank cover, ala fzr600 or vmax. make a small underseat tank or use the frame rails for fuel etc. I think its a really neat idea if you could pull it off. A guy at work has a prowler and those lights are pretty big!
That would also work on a ZX12 as they have a dummy tank cover - and a BIG gap between this and the frame once you ditch the fairings....
