Nothing. Its not true ram air. Its a cold air intake that Suzuki wishfully thought would work as ram air. They build a tiny amount of pressure at higher speeds.
Now, to cover up the unsightly holes, you could always build radiator shrouds that droop down from those pods somehow. Or just leave them be, most everyone else does.
