Well I guess this is the best section for this since there is no upholstery section LOL. Has anyone recovered their seat before with good results. I'm doing a single rider seat on a bobber project and would rather not pay someone to do it. I'm using the stock seat pan and am going to cut it down a little and then use 1-2" of foam on top.

Thanks,
Spencer

Yeah I recovered mine with some teal vinyl http://www.customfighters.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1250508#post1250508

Pop the old cover off with a phillips/flathead screwdriver.

Have a good pneumatic staple gun ready. If you can, take measures from your previous cover; if not lay fabric over and mark your cuts. Use foam filler and all that if you have missing foam. Stretch the material over and staple it, don't make it too tight but give it a firm surface.
