Those little rings that fit in the recess of the fork and caliper... how do you get them out? I've tried a needle nose pliers and a vise grip without luck. They are pissing me off now.

If you don't need to re-use them you might be able to grind down an "easy out" bit to fit the depth and diameter of the hole and once it is secure into the bushing wiggling it around a little might loosen it up.


That, or carefully drill the center of it until it is thin enough to collapse inward and slip the mangled remains out of the fork stanchion.

They are all stuck in the calipers so at least that makes it all little easier to put in the mill if it comes to that.
