so some updates.

i was thinking about need to repaint the bike, but ended up deciding to save up some cash and do a DIY vinyl wrap. needless to say i suck at that, but at this point i dont care, i just want to ride. also since i got 900rr forks and installed them on other VFR i had better forks as spare. so i decided to upgrade this bike for newer vfr forks. turns out front brakes didnt fit in diamete. so i ended up scoring front wheel off from cbr1000f (the same bike i took rear from) so now i have matching CBR1000F wheels.
also i had micron carbon stubby, and i started to hate the exhaust this bike has at the moment. but stubby wont cut the inspection, plus this bike is going that endurance touch. so i got new skin from local guy and extended stubby to 40cm lenght. will fit it somewhere next week. hopefully.
front fairing needs some more brackets, since it sits only on headlight frame.

so far i like the look, despite shitty wrap(but from distance it looks nice :D ) rc36 forks is shorter, so bike got that new more agressive stance too. will see how that affects the ride. kinda itching to try track with it, to compare how it was before and how it will be now.

also bike needs wash badly :D and new seat cover, and cowl would be nice too

Gonna fit old forks back on. 8cm drop in fork lenght has made bike a bit too nippy, plus gets wobbler on harder braking

I am dumbass. Forks are the same lenght. I wonder why i thought they are shorter!? Anyway. Bike runs straight, no twichy actions. Came to conclusion i need new working space, with more space, light, and possibly a stand. Then i can notice more stuff sooner, and save me a lot of time and nerves

I heartily recommend getting one of those service lift tables. Stings once but worth every cent.

The lifts are nice, but they are space hogs and really heavy if you want to lean it out of your way for something.

Rex, have you seen the plans on here for building a bike table out of pieces of plywood that lock together? I think it takes two sheets of plywood to build it. There's a thread on here somewhere with the plans if interested. I don't know about your area, but here two sheets of plywood cost less than one paddock stand.

so i had my once in a two year inspection to do on bike. in an usual fashion i've failed it. turns out my rear brake doesnt work :D since i dont use them i had no idea of it.

also i want to remake my exhaust. since i dont like the clearence on the pipes. also the angle of muffler kinda disturbs me.

then there's rear tail fairing. it is cracked. and by looking around the internet, almost all of the used fairings on sale has those cracks. either one or another. so with the fact that i dont like my wrap job. i'm planning to do tail rework in close future. probably as soon as other bike gets on road.

so far things i've done to this bike for this year. it handles better. still seems a bit too soft for my liking, but as an everyday daily bike it will be okay.

i'll try to post up some pics as soon as i get phone that works :D

Changed head bearings. Changer rear brake disc, rear pads. Fixed lights, went to inspection. And fuck me sideways. Rear brakes got seized. Gonna be needing taking them appart, clean, prolly repair kit. Oh, another news. I scored vfr400 swingarm. Can anyone point me in stock vfr750/700 swingarm width. Wonder if this one will fit bike. Inspection guy had to do a test ride with vfr. Damn it sounds and looks good at distance

You have to give some bloke you see for the first time your bike. They test how brakes work and if suspsension is okey. Sometimes they crash and gets beatwn out of trousers. Plus they have insurance for that. But yea. You have to give your bike to someone else, so you can be allowed to ride that bike.

How hard would it be to merge tail pieces together!? All three of them?
