Hello can any one help with what size my swing arm pivot point is on a 94 blade. as the new one i'm about to fit is 228mm single sided one,

I'm using the arm off a Vfr 750 fs 1997

The stock 900 pivot bolt fits. You need to make a spacer to fill the gap on the right side of the bike. I want to say it needs to be around 14mm wide. That's a rough estimate though. Mock it up and measure the gap. Use The stock shock and triangles. You'll need longer bolts and a couple more spacers for the triangles though. HTH

Scraps got the same swap on his bike so you should definitely heed his advice!

To bolt up a VFR swinger on the blade you need a 25x20mm spacer with a 20mm hole...thats per rrzone.com instructions.

Yeah, I tried that suggestion. It didn't fit. Wound up being too wide. Had to shave it back to 14mm. And even at that width the pivot bolt isn't completly seated. The pivot bolt only makes it out of the lock nut by 3-4 threads.
