Well I've talked about it repeatedly and figured that this weekend was going to be a good opportunity to get my build thread started so I uploaded a few pics.

Due to time I've only uploaded the pics of the bike as it was when I bought it. I don't have any of the mod pics uploaded yet.

I'll be posting the pics I took the night I picked the bike up later. They show the bike with the fairings and plastics on.

These pics I took were from my phone, there's not professional, but they're not bad either.

But as for now..

I noticed the front rim is bent. Gonna have to have it balanced to see if it's stable. It holds air, so the seal isn't bad...

christ thats an odd frame. still, i've always wanted to see a fighter made from this as a platfom...don't disappoint! haha

i know.. it's very odd.. that's where the fairing was mounted

that is still giving me guess work as to what i'm going to do there...

Spondon briefly flirted with the "extended" frame concept for a bit...very briefly. And like n0regret5 I've always wanted to see one of these done, too. What is your plan?

i'm going to do the front end so it's universal for a bike with and without a tail..

i bought a second stock sub frame for this bike..

the first frame i've bobbed the hell out of it..

with the second frame i'm going to cut it back to the passenger handles.. so i'll bobbed it but not as far.. i'm playing around with the thought of cutting the welds and putting a steeper pitch to it..

making the wires universal so they will work with both frames.. so today i may ride a wicked bobber.. tomorrow i throw the gurl on the back but still have a bobber..

that's the thought.. well for the second sub frame (it's in the proto stage)

first and formost it will be an aggressive bobber...

i've been looking at all the other member's project bikes and i've realized.. i love the frame on this bike..

it's the only one i've seen on here that wraps around the forks..

i really need to tie this look into the bike to make it stand out.... :rock:

that circle thing i have in the garage is the "town required" grate for my burn barrel.

it's 5/16" steele.. i took a plasma cutter and put the flames on it and welded the handles on..

the steel came from remnents of JLG lifts and the handles are cable guides for JLG lifts as well..
