Hey I was wondering if it would be possible to learn to stunt on my gsxr 1100? People have said not to because its carb'ed & its a heavy bike. Any input would be much appreciated.

So now I don't know about carb issues with stunting. That's a setup worth taking a couple hours to google though.

As far as a gsxr1100? That fucker is heavy. I'm no stunter but I think it'd be a little hard to flick around. Plus I've never heard of an old oiler boiler being a stunter.

Don't waste ur time. Not saying it's impossible, but you'll be holding yourself back.from improving and learning using it.

U can get a fully set-up stunt bike for pretty cheap that u can learn on and improve quickly.

Start on a 50

I've thought about it. & once I swap to a 06 gsxr tail I can mount a 12 bar to the subframe.

dont mount a 12 bar to the newer gixxer sub frame. if ur good and doing 12 o'clocks then yea sure, but if u arent, and im assuming ur not since ur asking about these things, it will just make the subframe snap much easier in a crash (ask me how i know)

u want a steel subframe, not a super light subframe off an intended race bike.

I mean, it'd be awesome if you got it right. But let's face it, you're just going to fuck it up.

That may be true, but I'm 6'3 300 lbs and I can get my old 1100 up no problem in first and second if I pulled up a bit in second. That was with stock gearing. When I geared it down, and raised the rear, woo buddy that fucker wouldn't stay on the ground.
