got the welded clutch centre back, i,ll measure up what was done incase i need to do again

made up a scoop to force the air into the cooler

i going to go with the idiot light version

welded up a tray for the ECU

it fits in with room for rubber

but something has went slightly awry , it don,t sit parallel with the frame rail ... some surgery required

but you get the idea

mounting on one of the brackets I didn,t cut off

this is, or will be, the bracket for the coil, it,ll use the same mounting point

but right now I can only find one coil

got the brake lever on, not made the reservoir yet tho

tip over sensor fitted , granted i welded the bracket upside down so the rubber holder makes it look upside down, burrits not

reworked the ecu pod, it now sits level and has a second mounting point , had to trim a little to clear the throttle linkage, space is tight . Connected the throttle cable, it snaps shut with a reassuring clunk

found some spindle bobbins, they,ll be modified to suit and re-branded

made up the clamping post for the scoop

i will weld it later

gaskets arrived for the engine covers

and the bolts to hold on my bellmouths and foot controls

i assume the original coil mounts were also engine mounts , new ones are much smaller

rear one is on,

but I need a longer bolt for the front one

I,ll add kevlar shrouds inside tank panels at weekend

i,ll slice 10mm off the top to move away from exhaust ( 3/8" in moon landing sizes)
