Hi all -- new member so be gentle! Picking up my new fighter later, straight swap with my bro for my DR385. Its a gixxer slabby 750motor in a GSX600 frame with 1100 swinger. Problem is the rear geometry is wrong and the shock doesnt work. Looking at my Firestorm the shock is mounted vertical but on the fighter its at an angle with the top of the shock facing towards the engine. I'll need to make a mounting bracket but just wondering if anyones got any ideas on the best mounting angles.

Thanx for showing an interest Catman. I've only seen the bike once, picking it up in an hour. I'll tke some pics and post later. Just hope its not a dog! looked ok though but if not I'll just petrol bomb bro's house!
