hello other builders!

i started my first streetfighter project a couple of weeks a go. it is honda nsr 180cc.

when i got this bike it was awful shape.

sorry, but i dot know very well english, so i do not write very much. but i put a lot of pictures.:D btw, i`m 16 yrs old, so the quality is in line with.

honda when i got it.



immediately on the same day started demolition.



piston.


cylinder.


body painted.



assembly started.


new subframe parts.


drilling 8.8mm holes.

10mm twist.

all four ready.


subframe.


I did the rear cover of sheet metal.



headlight and mask.




seats.


putty and painted




mask.

this bike will be paited punisher patterns.:rock:but more of them later

sorry my bad english.:(

I will continue to update when something happens to the bike.

Nice work so far. I wish I knew how to work a lathe at 16 shit I'm 25 and still don't how to use 1 damn you.

i also have a another project, but it`s a bobber, so it is not likely to be put in here forum?
because this forum is streetfigters.

but I can put a couple of photos of the Bobber.
first steps of the project.

Great work on both bikes man!! I like seeing people getting into this at an early age. I wish I did. I also wish I just owned a lathe...let alone know how to use it!! Keep up the good work!!

that piston and cylinder looks pretty worn, certainly the cylinder....has scores and i see a chip in one of the ports. i would change quickly dude.

i also have an nsr foxeye but with the std top end which is also being fightered.

nice project so far bro, loving the bobber too :)

Very nice rides! Wish I had gotten into bikes when I was 16, let alone did that nice of work.

where are you from? I don't think I have ever even seen a honda nsr.

Also welcome :drinks: You should throw some more pictures of the bobber up here or in the chopper section I would love to see more of it.

yeah, it is pretty worn, but currently can not afford a new. :bawling:

i`m from finnland. how that is possible? honda nsr is very general bike.:D

i throw sometimes pictures in my bobber for chopper section.


in today i just started a front fender fabrication in 1mm sheet metal.

blank.


then beaten mercilessly!


then i used English wheel.(homemade;))



in place.


"side supports"



still need to show the weld and grinder a heavy hand!

Here in the states we don't get alot those smaller bikes. We have ninja 250 and cbr250 but that's the smallest you'll see around here. Not a big demand for them here even the 250s people buy and get bored with really quickly. I wish we got some of the smaller bikes they make great fighter platforms
