So, I found this website of a company (or guy?) named Lazareth, that makes AMAZING STUFF!!!! Unfortunately, the site is in French, but it still definitely worth checking out (lots of good pics)

Some highlights:

Roadster V6: Mazda MX3 V6 Motor!!!

Honda V800: (with Honda VFR engine)

Dokujya: (I have no idea what it means) powered by a VTR V-twin engine with a supercharger from a Mini Cooper S:
