+1. what he said.IMO , If that is a cut tread that i see in the middle of the tire. If there's a little left and they are fairly new and the rubber hasn't dried up, They may be safe in the dry conditions, but realy subseptable to road dabri.
Do some more burn outs with it and get it out of your system, Then go get a new one ( 2 cent smiley goes here )![]()

did that have anything to do with our last INCIDENT???IF it aint showing cord I'd ride it. Then again, I ride with cord showing, so my opinion is nill on this one... LOL!

I tried to get a set of Metzeler ME Z3 tires.
I called and talked to a couple authorized Metzeler dealers but they can't get this type,
only the regular stuff like ME880, Roadtec, ME Z4 and so on.
The Metzeler USA homepage still shows this kind of tire but nobody can get 'em for me.
Is there anybody who knows where to get these.
If not, has anybody experience with the AVON AV59/60, it looks like they would be an alternative for me.
or any other tire that's sticky and available in 190 oder 200 for 17"
