This project started several years a go.

I had an 04 Busa I'd owned from new,
and bought an 02 to go with it....

At the time there was not such thing as a B-King,
but I always wanted a naked version of the Hayabusa.... So.......

The bike gets a VERY hard life.
Used to ground out its belly pan chasing sports bikes with a pillion,
managed to snap a subframe mount off the frame doing stoppies and wheelies with a pillion.

Front guard is stock but cut down.

Master cylinder half-moon clamps are from a GSX1400 as they have mirror mounts.

Top yoke is an ABM aftermarket.

Bars are Renthal 789's.

Radiator header tank is a car power steering reservoir.

Headlight and belly pan are German, same as sold by "Wildhair accessories"

Loom got cut-n-shut to hide it. Some relays are now under the tank, fuses in the tail piece.

Rear tyre changed from a 190/50 to 190/55

Kept the standard clocks as I like (and have used) the dealer fault code display.

Bikes had plenty of abuse and neglect over the last few years,
so I'm trying to catch up on a few jobs on it.

Mate had a near new S20R rear tyre he wouldn't use,
had a puncture plugged from the inside but changed his mind, so I had that.
Fitted it myself so no balancing but feels OK.

Changing the tyre I noticed the rear pads were REAL thin! Not down to the metal
but close enough not to want to ride it, so in went a new pair.

Treated it to a new Yuasa battery whilst I had it in bits.

It works well.
Best performance with minimum hassle from the law.
How my bikes work far outweighs how they look .
My 1400's pipe is just as long, maybe worse.

Doesn't bother me, Hell I bought a B-King ! LOL
