Most of you guys didn't know this, but last year I had the chance to help build a bike to compete at the Isle of Man TT in the TT Zero.

With Rob Barber riding for us, we took third place! We were overshadowed by the Motocyzsz v. Mugen battle, but we did get mentioned in a few of the releases:

The race saw another team from the US on the podium as well. Rob Barber did the Buckeye Current team from The Ohio State University proud, bringing their shoe-string budget bike 'round the Snaefell Mountain course at an average 90.403 mph. An amazing accomplishment indeed.

I'm the bald one on the left.

It was an incredible experience designing and building a motorcycle basically from scratch; let alone seeing it race and win. It's definitely got a customfighters heart in it, and the team came up with low buck fixes that would make any fighterer proud throughout the entire build!

A couple shots from around the Isle during the TT. It's an incredible experience to be a spectator there. Apart from a few of the grandstands there's no admission, it's all first come;first serve. And in quite a few of the spots, you're right on the track. At a few points I could have reached out and tapped the riders on their helmets.

Book a flight, a ferry ticket, and a hotel or campsite. It's money well spent.

So awesome, you're part of motorcycle history now man!

Did you guys get a replica then? Did the rider keep it?

Actually we got to keep the bike. We're not washing the front fairing ever again. It's got all the tech stickers, bugs, and victory all over it.

So impressed man, hang that photo on the wall for sure. If I was dying and had one last wish I would want to run the isle of man just once. That bike is just plain sexy as well, I really dig the contours, pays homage to the cafe racer era with the tail and profile of the tank.

Well done! Give yourself a pat on the back
