Hey man, tell me about the welding on that exhaust manifold? Was it a cast iron or cast steel manifold?

Cast steel. Little preheat and it glued together extremely well.

No post heat or wrap. Not cracking. I did a test piece initially with the hunk I cut off and i couldn't break it apart

I figured it must be steel to weld up like that. Good to know.
