Ok...
It's not a lot of progress, but...
I just started my next project...
I replaced the steering bearings of a ZX11 C triple tree for a conversion kit bought at All Balls Racing.
This triple tree, along with the fork legs, will be installed in a KZ750E frame... This frame will take a GPz 750 Turbo engine...

Before:

After:

Next steps:

Stage I: To finish the install of ZX11 front end.
Stage II: To install a complete ZX11 rear end.
Stage III: To mount the 750 Turbo motor.
Stage IV: 'Reduce fat-fast' of the frame and frame bracing. Like this:

I'll keep u updated...

Nice work thus far. Two questions:

Did the old bearings come apart because you were trying to remove them, or were they that buggered up before you started?

What software did you use to make the frame diagram?

I found that pic at kzrider.com forums... It's part of a japanese aftermarket parts manufacturer... Linko: http://www.win-pmc.com/draft/frame/frame.htm

The bearing was destroyed during the removal... My condonlences were sent to the family... At least, it died for a nice cause...
