I've seen some bikes lately with flat black paint, I think it really pushes the str33tfyt3r look, kind of mean looking, what do you guys think?
VERY true, and a VERY good bonus! Plus, its a lot easier to fix damaged flat black paint, then some shiny as hell paint with 5 coats of clear on it!and hides dents and scratches good!
ab420 said:It's kind of weird. I've always liked the look of custom choppers, ever since I was a kid. I don't mean some Harley with flames on it and a ton of chrome, but fully custom built crazy ass choppers with that really old school mean look to them. Flat black, simple pinstriping, some skulls and shit, just clean and mean looking. Now, I'm not as much into choppers anymore, but the style kind of stuck with me. I love seeing brand new bikes that are completely technologically advanced, but then rip most of the plastic off, rip off all the bs, streetfighter it out like hell, cover up that nice shiny new paint with some flat black, and have a really bad ass old-school styled new bike. Does that make any sense to anyone? LOL!
Definitely a good call. Then went against the scuffing becuase it would trap dirt and shit. Look nasty.
now that's just dumb! Ya know what I think does look good? Flat black with gold rims, not shiny gold, but that polished gold, ya know what I'm talking about? That shit looks hot!a bike that was all flat black, but he had like chrome shit everywhere, and chrome rims
