Stock gauges work best :)

Browse Acewell (www.electrosport.com), Veypor, Trailtech, and Koso gauges for the ones you like best. They make some of the best gauges.
You can also look at other bikes... some of the Ducati monsters have really nice, small, circular tachs that look pretty clean on a fighter.

i would just look at what your bike redlines at and what a duc would, cause if yours goes higher then the ducs redlines you have no idea what your doing in your high RPMs which kinda defeats the purpose of having a tach on there

Yeah, I'm with Suzuk and CBRF23 here. The whole point and function of the tach isn't going to work properly. If you neeeeeeeed a tach atleast get something with will wind as far as your motor allows and properly reflects what your bike is doing.

Any tach will work (twist) but they may not all line up, they're basicly all the same unless you get into digitals. I'm unfimiliar with those.

I just came back to this and decided to do a 2 second google search on this.

Most Ducati tachs go to 12K Rpm. The F4I doesn't make it's peak power until 12,500Rpm. lol

Now i'm sure you were just using this as an example but try to think before you post out stuff like that. Being a mod means people usually believe what you say. Which could lead to a lot of headache for that person.
