Wheels are wheels, get one with the right size tyre on and ideally with discs the right diameter and everything else is just spacers.
You might struggle to find a matching rear though, the R1200rt is shaft drive isn't it?
BT020 is a very old model tyre. Not in production since at least about 5 years, so even if it has tread it's likely to be like bakelite by now.
