OK heres the deal, i got the bike a couple of months back, the guy said he could not get it running, right before i tore it apart i put gas in it and it fired and ran like a dream. I tore the bike down painted the engine and put it back in the frame. hooked everything back up, mind you nothing changed, and cannot get it to fire. seems its only getting spark on one or two cylinders. I went throught the manual and tested everything about the ignition system and get a lot of mixed readings. cleaned and checked all connections... i dont know. the onlything left that i can think of is a tilt sensor/switch, do CBR600 f2's have them?

the engine was out for one week

Heres a vid from this morning trying to get it to fire--
what do you think?

Nope, no tilt on the F2's. Could definitely be a fuel problem, have to checked to make sure a.) the tank vent hose is not plugged up, b.)the petcock vacuum hose isnt kinked or plugged, and that the petcock flows fuel, c.) all the carb vents and airbox hoses are plugged in correctly? Doesn't sound like an electrical problem to me, more like fueling. Mine had the same issue, wouldnt start at all, turned out the petcock vacuum seal was leaking and wouldn't form a vacuum to let it flow fuel. It's always something small. how much fuel is in the tank? is the petcock set to main (down) or reserve (up)?

i have not really been paying attention to fuel, when i do a spark test ( pull plugs and ground them ) i get nothing, but its getting some spark from what it sounds like, its firing a little mabe one or two cylinders, i dont think theres a kink in the gas line, maybe only one or two cylinders are getting fuel.

i have tha cali version, so theres a bunch of vacume lines and crap mabybe i fucked that up, petcock set to main, prob 1/4 tank...

junk the emissions crap!!

if you want to see if it's fuel related, just crack the float bowl screws loose and see if you get fuel out of the bowls.

if the spark is weak, i'd put fresh plugs in it too. cheap insurance. when in doubt, replace em.

and uh, make sure you have the firing order right, and the coils connected properly. even if you get the plug wires right, but get the coil plugs reversed (if they can be) then you get no start.
