Yeah I'm ok apart from being really fucked off. Rash on my arm (fucked my one day old shift jacket), pulled a few muscles round my left shoulder, sore lower back and tailbone and a really black arse!

how did the shift jacket hold up?

Pretty shit to be honest. Stitchings good but I wore a hole right thru the leather on the left arm (hence the roadrash). before this I was wearing a cheapo leather jacket and although the stitching used to let go I never wore thru the leather and it protected me better in a number of falls.
