I've emailed a couple of places and I'm waiting for responses. I was wondering if anyone on here recommends anyone or if anyone on here could make one for a price. It would be a 520 sprocket, that has to be offset 0.180" and have a spline for a 1980 sr250. Here's a link to the jt sprocket site

I have two sprockets atm and was contemplating maching the one and welding the other to fit but then I needed someone who's experienced at welding hardened steel.
Anyone on here know anyone that can do any of the above and have it to me before the end of the build off?

I used this guy for my custom offset 520 countershaft sprocket. Took a little over a week. He also helped me with an electronic ignition and steering stem for my KZ400 I've ever, ever, ever so slowly been working on.

Worth an email to see if he can help...

Leon Holmes is the guy that quite a few people have used on KzRider for various project. I know he's done several custom offset sprockets.
