need better pic of headlight, must copy
The headlight is from a martini scooter with a fabed bracket down the middle. They do look hella cool. I have been looking for one for a while. Little did I know my buddy has a trashed one of those scoots sitting on the side of his shop. Although, he won't part with it. At least last time I asked ;) .

I'd love to build a Max one day...make it handle and all that. I've ridden several, including one with over 200rwhp and they are just insane. The one with the 200rwhp was hard to ride though, 'cause it had intake stacks ride where your legs needed to be!

Are we lookin at the same bike? I don't see a 180 rear (there's no way that's a 180), and that swingarm looks 100% custom. Please correct me, I just don't see what you're talkin' about.

Cruiser!? Blasphemy! Vmax was and always will be the King Daddy muscle bike. It was based off a dragster. At the time, it preformed the part too.

But I digress, they are just cool. Budy of mine test rode an original 85 a few years back. The readers digest version. He took of from a light, hammered it on and the rear end steped left. Left a solid line for about 100 ft. He grabed 2nd and it did the same thing till about 5000RPM. At witch point the front end steadly lofted skyward. He rode it out and shifted for 3rd were it continued to keep the front wheel up and proceded to smoke the tire once again. I'll give you a hint as to what happened through the last 2 gears... yup, same senarieo.

The originals were brutale, evil machines. Too bad the susspension is utter crap. That and you're scrcley limited on tire choice. But I would totally build somethig like this out of one. They just look so perfect with the steamroller tire, shorty seat, beefy forks and slamed stance.

Retarded, in a good way. I love it. Looks like something that would eat its own kin.
