I'll make my point brief...in the business of motorcycle parts, especially aftermarket parts, especially custom--made motorcycle parts, especially parts that are shipped from around the world...there will be mistakes. It's inevitable.
I'm dealing with that right now with a good paying customer, and the reality in this business is that things will go wrong.
It's not a question of "if shit happens", it's WHEN shit happens and how you take care of the customer. Yes, the company needs to take care of their customers, but customers need to remember that companies are people too and problems can come from anywhere.
