A buddy and I just picked up a crf50 that needs a complete engine. Anyone got one laying around??

that is a STEAL for a honda 50 motor. a down right steal. Original poster buy this motor!!!!

what's wrong with the motor that's in it now? missing completely? if you still have it you'd be surprised what a stock honda 50 motor goes for on ebay, even if it's roached the bottom end has good value. great base to build from as they are really tough. alternatively you can get a decent chinese 124cc with 4 speed for fairly cheap, but there is something to be said for the real honda motors.

Yeah the original motor is completely gone as well as the carb, throttle cables, kill switch, and foot pegs.
I decided to see if I could find a sweet deal like this before buying one of the chinese motors.

I might possibly need the foot pegs, shifter, killswitch and throttle cables/tubes depending on what all Scrapyard has. I'll let you know
