I don't have what you need but doing a cross-reference shows that 03-08 Gsxr1000, 04-05 Gsxr600/750, and 08-13 Busa all have the same part number for the hub itself. Not sure about bearings though.

The 03-06 is exactly the same as the 07-08 for sure. Only change made was the curve of the spoke in the wheel, same cush.
