I can find anything local that is dense enough for a bike seat. My seat is about 9"x14". Roughly 2" tall.

Anybody got any seat foam to sell? Or know where to source some online?

Ive used snowmobile seats...... used ones are plentiful and cheap. Plus they're huge.

hull Street Outlet sells foam in Bulk givem a call they may even ship it...
better yet go to all the Mattress companies in your area and ask for samples. glue all the samples together and you got a sweet memory foam seat

Tried an old memory foam pillow once. Junk. Just collapses and never comes back...memory my ass!

Got my eye on some old scooter seats. Might vultarize one of those tomorrow. Seems pretty stiff.Everything I've gotten from auto upholstery stores hasn't held up. Does good for about 1k miles then it just starts going flat. I change my foam more than my oil. lol
